Looking for the perfect Christmas blanket for your home this year? The Night Before Christmas Graphgan is sure to be a hit with everyone!

Perfect to display in your home over the couch or to snuggle under by the fire, this blanket is cheerful and bright.

I found that I really enjoyed working this graphgan in just two colors – so easy – and it worked up pretty quickly. You will have plenty of time to work this up and have it all ready for your Holiday decorating needs.

Made with Caron Simply Soft* which I just love working with – so soft with a beautiful light sheen. However, you could certainly use any yarn you like or have on hand. This is a great stash busting project!

If you would like to make your graphgan smaller you could certainly use the mini hdc (half double crochet) c2c technique and I have a complete tutorial for that as well:

With a red and white color scheme, a Candy Cane border seemed the perfect choice! I have a complete tutorial for the Candy Cane Border using 3 colors but the technique is the same. Only variation when using 2 colors is to change your chains from 5 to 4. I also have a photo tutorial below at the bottom of this post. If you would like to check out the video tutorial you can find it here:
