Panel #5 of the Gnome for Christmas C2C Blanket Christmas in July CAL at Nana’s Crafty Home!
I did try to make each panel of this cute blanket a “stand alone” scene in which the panel could be used for other holiday decor — wall hanging, pillow, etc. This panel may be a bit of a stretch for that purpose with the least going on in the scene. However, the Gnome’s hat on the side is super cute and will keep the kids guessing! Hang this for a kid’s Christmas party and get a photo of the kids wearing a green hat standing next to the panel so they can be a gnome as well!
This panel works up really quickly with very few color changes going on. A nice break from the previous square!
If you are not familiar with the Corner to Corner (C2C) technique I have several photo and video tutorials which will help you get up to speed quickly. So you too can make this adorable blanket! Just click on any of the links provided below to head on over to the tutorials.
